This page explains how Sentinel Ridge Signal handles visitor data, how the service may be used, and how public opportunity information is presented.
What we collect and how we use it
Sentinel Ridge Signal collects the information you submit through the site, including company profile details, contact information, and opportunity preferences, in order to provide ranked opportunity matching, subscriber account management, and related service communications.
We also use infrastructure and analytics providers to operate and improve the service. These may include Vercel for hosting and web analytics, Supabase for data storage, Stripe for subscription processing, and PostHog for behavioral analytics.
We use analytics data to understand page visits, feature usage, clicks, and onboarding behavior so we can improve the site and product experience. We do not sell subscriber data.
If you submit personal or business information through Signal, you are providing it voluntarily for service delivery, account management, and related operational support.

How Signal should be used
Sentinel Ridge Signal is an informational opportunity-monitoring service. It provides matching, ranking, summaries, and fit commentary intended to support your internal evaluation process.
Signal does not provide legal advice, procurement advice, grant advice, or any guarantee of eligibility, awardability, timeliness, or completeness. You are responsible for verifying all deadlines, requirements, eligibility conditions, and submission details at the official source before acting on an opportunity.
Subscription access, feature limits, and pricing may change over time. If you use a paid plan, billing and payment processing are handled by Stripe under its own terms and policies.
You may not use the service to interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse public opportunity data in violation of applicable law or source-site restrictions.
Sentinel Ridge Signal is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sentinel Ridge disclaims warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Public-source notice
Signal may reference opportunities drawn from public U.S. government solicitation sites and related public-facing opportunity portals. Opportunity titles, identifiers, agencies, deadlines, and other metadata may originate from those public sources.
Sentinel Ridge is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any U.S. government agency in presenting these opportunities. Official agency postings and source systems control if any information differs.
Signal summaries, fit scores, rankings, and commentary are Sentinel Ridge analysis, not official government guidance. Always review the official source before relying on an opportunity.
